Cancellation Policy

Sessions are by appointment only. If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed sessions, or late arrival will be charged at the full session fee and are non-refundable. I will do my best to offer an alternative appointment within the same week where possible, but this may not always be available.
